No Refunds on Tutorials
If you do not receive your email with a link to the download be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you still can not find the email from Zibbet please, message me and I will help you out.


I ship packages via Canada Post Standard mail. If you would prefer another method of shipping - PLease, message me. The increased shipping costs for the different shipping method will be the expense of the purchaser.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on Canada Post shipping rates.

Shipping costs are approximate Canada Post basic rates and subject to change.
Buyer is responsible for Shipping charges unless otherwise stated in the listing.
** All duties and customs charges that may be incurred are the buyer's responsibility.

Once your package is in the mail I have no control over the postal system or customs (as much as I'd love to!). Delivery time estimates above are just that - estimates, and it does on occasion take longer for packages to arrive.

** I ship orders Monday to Friday and within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

At this time I do not ship outside of Canada or USA.
If you live outside Canada or USA and really want to purchase from my shop, I am willing to discuss this on a case by case basis.

I use Recycled bubble mailers and Recycled bubble wrap for packaging.

I do not include a printed invoice. If you require an invoice - PLease, message me and I can write you an invoice.

Refunds, returns & exchanges


Handmade jewelry - If you are not happy with your purchase - PLease, message me and we can discuss it.

*Please contact me within 3 days after receiving your purchase.

**Buyers will be responsible to pay the return postage on the item they are requesting a refund on.
***The item Must be returned in the same condition as it was received for me to issue a refund. PLease, if there is a problem - take photographs as this will help illustrate the problem.
****I will only issue a refund after I have received the item being returned.
